I’m dreaming of that picture with the quilts on the stool and the white farmhouse in the back. Because it calms me a little.
You know that song. You had a bad day. Yep. The one that you hear and it doesn’t leave your head? Well, we are having that kind of day. Nobody died, got in an accident or anything major. But Sweetwater is having a REALLY bad day. You see, today is the day the final charges for our Holly’s Tree Farm BOM subscriptions process. No big deal, right? I mean, we have been processing subscription orders for years and never a problem. Until today. I woke up and found that our credit card processing company not only charged the subscriptions, but for some customers, they were charged multiple times. For no reason. So I’ve had a few thousand tears this morning. Not that it helps, but it’s so upsetting because I know we have upset many of you.
If you were one of those customers, I am so very sorry. And we are working hard to fix it. The credit card company promises it will make everything right, but I know that isn’t a whole lot of comfort when you see your bank account with multiple transactions from our company on the same day.
If you emailed us about the problem, please know we aren’t doing anything else but trying to fix the situation, and we will let you know when everything is fixed.
Which also means that our 12 Days of Christmas is being put on hold for a little while. As soon as we get this figured out, we will get that up.
